  • The Long Distance Coach runs on strict timeline (9 to 10Hrs a day) and on point to point basis. 

  • The European Coach Fraternity has a very STRICT rule on the no of hours a Driver can drive a Long Distance Coach (9 to 10Hrs a day only)

  • Any extra hours in LDC(above 9 to 10Hrs a day) due to unforeseen circumstances then client is liable to pay 50 Euros per extra hour directly to the driver as per the European LDC rules. 

  • The Tour Leader of the group has to corodinate with the group and make sure the LDC runs within its timeframe to avoid extra charges. 

  • The Tour Company is in no way liable to extra hours of the LDC and it is the sole responsibility of the Tour Leader and group to maintain the timings of the LDC.
