- Only 2 triple rooms per group are allowed by the hotels. Additional triple rooms are subject to availability and double/twin will be offered for all additional passengers.
- All transfer services STRICTLY as per our chart. The supplement will be applied for any additional service required.
- Hotel availability has not been checked at the time of making quote, unless specified.
- Hotel (s) offered is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Please note that restaurants taken into consideration are standard group restaurants which cater to groups. In case you choose restaurants, which do not fit into budgets supplements will be applicable accordingly.
- In Indian restaurants across Europe the main Nonveg staple item is Chicken. Fish and Lamb attract supplement of €4 & €5 respectively.
- Air conditioning in rooms is not common in Germany, Austria, Netherlands & Switzerland. We cannot guarantee the same.

- Coaches are booked for 12 Hrs as per itinerary. Extra hours driving of the coaches are chargeable by Euros 50 – Euros 100 per hour and needs to be settled between Tour Leader and Driver. Gateways of Europe or Transport company does not have any role playing in this.
- Water bottles can be purchased from driver at Euros 1 per 500 ML bottle.
- Child Policy: 1-1.99 Years of Infants Free of Charge, 2.00 – 5.99 Years Child without Bed: 50% of the adult rate, 6.00 – 11.99 Years Child with Bed: 75% of the adult rate
- Note: - Child Policy subject to change depending upon Hotel Policy.
- The child rates are valid only if child is sharing room with 2 adults.
- Child discounts will be applicable for maximum 15% of the group. All additional children will be billed on adult rates.
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
- Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
- We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
- Price STRICTLY valid for the group on the proposed date & for group of minimum 20 PAX, based on contract rate. Any decrease in the minimum Pax count will attract suppliement charges as applicable.
- 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
- Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- 30% advance payment against proforma invoice to be done till 60 days prior of the commencement of tour or prior to first cancellation deadline of any hotel, whichever is first.
- The advance payment is important to reconfirm any hotel for the group. Without the payment hotel cannot be guaranteed & all hotels & services already in cancellation.
- Balance payments – to be cleared off as intimated over the email. But all payments need to be cleared off at least 45 days prior to commencement of tour.
- 100% retention – for cancellations within 7 days
- 50% retention – for cancellations within 8-14 days**
- 25% retention – for cancellations between 15-30 days**
- 0% retention – for cancellations before 45 days**
- For Spain & Barcelona free cancellation time should be read as 60 days**
- ** Subject to cancellation policies/advance paid to hotels and other third-party vendors which will be non-refundable.

- In case of no-show or un utilised bookings, User shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per Vendors&rsquo policies or within 15 days from the travel date (whichever is earlier). No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 30 days of travel date / check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or un utilised bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.
- The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request, after receiving back to back refund from the concerned Vendor. Payment will be refunded back into the same original payment instrument like the same credit card or bank account from which it was paid for the traveller. In case of Travel Agent (B2B Booking), refund or recharge or upload of any type is always credited in their agents Coral Holidays account balance. In case of agents account closure, the agent is supposed to consume its balance or clear their dues (if any). No money transfer will be done to travel agents bank account, in any circumstances.
- In case user avails to book any of the Services offered by the Vendor and is, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided, then the tour/travel reservation selected by User will stand cancelled and Coral Holidays or the Vendor would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by User, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
- Any Refund Claims arising due to cancellation / delay of flight by the Vendor shall be subject to Coral Holidays receiving the refund from the Vendor. In the Event Vendor does not refund the amount to the Coral Holidays, Coral Holidays shall not be held liable for the same.
- Cancellation/Re-schedule of Flight Ticket upto 24 hours will be dealt by Coral Holidays. Less than 24 hours, the USER should cancel it directly with the airlines and inform Coral Holidays for the refund processing.
- Coral Holidays shall charge a cancellation fees - varying from time to time and transaction to transaction and type of service. This fees will be over and above the Airlines Cancellation Fees. Similarly for other service like Bus Tickets etc., Coral Holidays will add it&rsquos own cancellation fees over the Vendor's cancellation Fees.
- Cancellation Policy is defined and governed by the Vendor and Coral Holidays will not be able to do any changes around it. Refund will only be processed once the USER informs Coral Holidays.
- Partial Cancellation may or may not be allowed - This will depend on the Vendor's Cancellation Policy.
- Re-scheduling of Services (For e.g. Date Change in Flights) will incur Fare Difference, Airlines Re-schedule/Penalty Charges and Coral Holidays Re-schedule Charges.
- Domestic and International Booking/Cancellation/Re-schedule will have different amount of fees for different Services.
- Name Change, Title Change, Age Change, Sector Change etc. is generally not allowed by Vendors - Any such changes or more (not covered here) will not be entertained by Coral Holidays. The User need to work directly with the Vendor and Coral Holidays will not be responsible / liable in any form.
- Once a confirmed ticket/service is booked/generated, Convenience Fees is not refundable under any circumstances. If you are booking a special discounted return fare then both sectors have to be cancelled together.
- The USER will be solely responsible for the Visa, Passport or any other requirement for the travel. Coral Holidays will not be responsible for any inadequacy of any form.
- Check the Baggage Allowance &ndash Cabin and Check-in &ndash No Free Baggage Allowance for Infants. Meals, Seats, Special Requests are not guaranteed. USER needs to check this with Vendor directly.
